Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience while coaching a high-performing team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals. Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning to drive results and continuous improvement. Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised to standards, building strong customer relationships through consistent, memorable experiences. Act as the primary floor leader solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the business, customers, and team. Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members. This role requires minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience and flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends. Located at Stone Road Mall, Guelph.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience
- Proven success leading teams, driving sales performance, and managing operations
- Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented leadership style
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends
