Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience while coaching a high-performing team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals. Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning, ensuring the salon remains clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised to Chatters' standards. Build strong customer relationships to create loyalty and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Act as the primary leader on the floor, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the business, customers, and team. Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members. This role is based at our Southpointe Common, Red Deer Retail Salon and requires flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience
- Proven success leading teams, driving sales performance, and managing operations
- Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented leadership style
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends

- Salon experience is considered an asset
