Store Manager(Central/Johor/Melaka/Penang/Kuching)

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while monitoring conversion rates, average transaction values, and units per transaction. Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with policies, visual merchandising standards, and safety protocols. Train and supervise store staff, create schedules for adequate coverage, and conduct performance evaluations to coach team members toward sales goals. Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and ensure staff provide accurate product knowledge on footwear fitting and features. Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment with warehouse teams, conduct regular counts to minimize shrinkage, and handle cash management, banking, and financial reporting. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports while controlling store expenses. Work 6 days per week with a rotational rest day in a permanent role across Central, Southern, and other locations.
