Job Summary
Store Manager: lead The Body Shop Castle Hill store with inspirational leadership, driving brand adoption, customer-focused store experience, and team performance to deliver retail excellence and strong sales results. Responsibilities include shaping a customer-centric environment, meeting sales and performance targets through strong planning and organizing, managing stock and store operations, applying beauty-market knowledge, and coaching and developing the team to reflect the brand. Requires excellent communication, collaboration within a feedback culture, and flexibility to work across Sunday to Saturday. 38 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, with generous staff discounts, KPI incentives, and development programs.
