Job Summary
Store Manager needed for Carrum Downs Clearance Outlet (VIC). Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team to achieve KPI targets and sales, owning the store’s commercial success, analyzing data to drive improvements, guiding staff training and coaching, coordinating Visual Merchandising and stock-to-floor processes, and collaborating with the District Manager to develop strong performers. Experience in retail leadership with a background in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear is desirable; salary includes annual base plus bonus and adidas benefits.
