Store Manager

Store Manager leads daily store operations in Beirut to ensure top-tier customer service, achievement of sales targets, and adherence to brand guidelines. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing policies, ensuring monthly/weekly sales targets are cascaded to the team, managing inventory and showroom merchandising, supervising staff, training junior employees in customer service and product knowledge, handling cash and payments per policies, resolving customer complaints, coordinating stock distribution and receiving, and delivering periodic reports to management. Requires a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience; strong leadership, merchandising, and analytical skills are essential.
