Job Summary
Store Manager Candidate in Tulsa, OK: Supports the Store Manager in staff recruitment, merchandising, inventory management, pricing and signage, cashier accountability and cash controls, store operating procedures, opening/closing duties, and financial integrity through analysis of operating statements and adherence to policies. Provides customer service leadership, ensures safe and well-stocked stores, and assists in achieving in-stock targets while maintaining compliant, secure store operations. Drafts and completes paperwork per guidelines, participates in staff development, and helps drive store performance and leadership development for the Store Manager role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- one year of experience in a retail environment preferred for external candidates
