Job Summary
Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in supervising staff, staffing, inventory management, merchandising, and store needs; assists with recruiting, opening/closing activities, cash handling and deposits, cashier accountability, and maintaining a safe, well-stocked store; reviews operating statements for trends and opportunities, ensures compliance with laws and company policies, and leads customer service and staff development. Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, and coach team members, manage inventory and pricing, and uphold store procedures and financial controls.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment preferred for external candidates
- Certain store locations may give preference to bilingual Spanish speakers
