Role supports the Store Manager in staffing, inventory management, merchandising, paperwork, and store needs; involves recruiting and staffing activities, merchandising and stock management, inventory control, ordering practices, cash handling and cashier accountability, bank deposits, safety, and ensuring financial integrity of the store. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, training and developing staff, reviewing operating statements for trends and opportunities, ensuring compliance with federal labor laws and company policies, and maintaining a safe, well-stocked store environment.
