Job Summary
Assist in recruiting and staffing activities; participate in store merchandising and staging of merchandise; manage inventory through damages, markdowns, and paperwork; ensure in-stock targets through prescribed ordering; provide superior customer service leadership; model company procedures; participate in store opening/closing and bank deposits; maintain cash control and cashier accountability; keep stores clean and well-stocked with safe environments; operate/store in the manager's absence; review operating statements for trends and opportunities; complete paperwork per guidelines and deadlines; emphasizes development and training of staff and compliance with labor laws.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment preferred for external candidates
