STORE MANAGER CANDIDATE - 21 and older only - MCCLEARY, WA

Store Manager Candidate role to support the Store Manager in supervising staff, inventory management, merchandising, cashier controls, and daily store operations. Duties include assisting with recruiting and staffing, staging and stocking merchandise, conducting inventories, ensuring in-stock targets, providing superior customer service leadership, participating in opening/closing, ensuring safe deposits, maintaining cash-control and security practices, maintaining clean and well-stocked stores, and analyzing operating statements for business trends and opportunities. Qualifications emphasize reading/comprehension of procedures, cash handling, IBM cash register familiarity, inventory and merchandising knowledge, safety and security practices, and recruitment/hiring processes; high school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred and retail experience 1 year preferred for external candidates. Note: some travel may be required; bilingual Spanish speakers may be given preference.
