Job Summary
Collaborate with the Regional Manager to enhance business growth, maximize sales, and follow up on leads via online, phone, and walk-in channels. Provide on-site guidance to staff for assisting, tasking, and training. Engage with customers through phone, face-to-face, and email interactions. Open, operate, and close the office while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and security, including sweeping, snow removal, and light bulb replacement. Handle customer accounts, assist with setup, oversee debt management, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative documents. Requires a high school diploma, three years of retail or hospitality experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or at least 2 years of college coursework
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in areas such as hospitality, retail, sales, food service, or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Basic computer proficiency
