Job Summary
Empower and inspire your store team to achieve sales targets and budgets through daily task delegation, inventory management, and housekeeping oversight. Foster a customer-centric, safety-first culture by upholding alcohol service guidelines and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Identify growth opportunities, deliver on business objectives and key performance indicators, and tailor store activities to engage the local community.
