Job Summary
Store Manager at Burlington Stores responsible for directing all store operations to maximize sales and uphold Our Burlington values. Lead and coach Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Associates; oversee merchandising, inventory, receiving, RTVs, and chargebacks; act as Manager on Duty; manage multi-million-dollar sales and associated budgets; recruit, onboard, and develop staff, while ensuring exceptional customer service and a world-class shopping experience. Requires flexible scheduling (early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays), ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and collaboration with district/regional teams. Required Qualifications
