Job Summary
Manage all store operations to reach sales and profitability goals by creating action plans based on statistical information and market knowledge. Hire, train, and retain top talent while motivating the team through clear expectations, feedback, and accountability. Oversee controllable expenses like payroll and training, ensure merchandising standards are met, and perform POS transactions during designated shifts. Schedule employees to maximize productivity and model values of respect, integrity, and teamwork. Report to the District Sales Manager with flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends)
- May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings
