Job Summary
Store Manager leading a single-unit retail operation in Brookville, OH, responsible for driving sales and profits while ensuring policy compliance, staff training and development, customer service excellence, merchandising plan-o-grams, safety and asset controls, and timely reporting. Oversees a team of employees, implements company initiatives, maintains store appearance, handles emergencies, and coordinates pricing and programs to maximize store performance. Requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a 50-hour week in a salaried exempt role.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Retail / Customer service experience
- Completion of the Assistant Store Manager Training program and other required training programs
- Knowledge of all types of store transactions and related programs
- Good understanding of Company systems and technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of retail business management practices
- Knowledge of merchandising programs and plan-o-gram integrity
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
