Job Summary
Drive overall store performance and KPIs while serving as a brand ambassador through product knowledge and clienteling. Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory execution, and opening/closing duties, ensuring strict adherence to visual standards and SOPs. Lead talent initiatives by recruiting, onboarding, and coaching staff to foster collaboration and accountability. Resolve customer complaints and complaints professionally while prioritizing the experience for all shoppers. This new Bridgewater Commons location opens Fall 2026.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year experience in a retail leadership position
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Ability to be flexible to the needs of the business, working nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Ability to work full time hours, with open availability
