Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for all store operations including coaching and developing teammates, merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services. Drive store sales and customer satisfaction, manage payroll and budgets, schedule staff, attend ongoing training, and ensure customer retention through effective service and problem resolution. Lead staff in inventory control, displays, and promotions, and maintain records of financial information. Requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a valid driver’s license and a background in retail management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated success in retail sales management
- Problem solving skills related to customer complaints
- Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays
- Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
