Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for all store operations including hiring, coaching and developing teammates, merchandising, and promoting products and services. Drive store sales and promotions, build customer satisfaction and loyalty, manage payroll and budgets, schedule staff, attend training, and ensure effective customer service to retain and grow the customer base.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated success in retail sales management
- Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times
- Preferred: 2 year college degree or equivalent
- Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
- Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays
- Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
