Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading a retail store, achieving sales and profitability goals, managing Sales, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure execution of key strategies, and developing a high-performing team aligned with ALO’s mission and guiding principles. Must develop and execute store retail strategies, leverage KPI data to drive business, manage scheduling and labor to optimize performance, uphold visual standards, ensure a safe work environment, and recruit, coach, and mentor colleagues for retention and growth. Requires 5+ years of leadership in retail or related industry, strong communication, and ability to move throughout the store and lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly Motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles
- Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
