Job Summary
Store Manager at MFA Petroleum’s Break Time stores responsible for leading store operations, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service. Key duties include recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating employees; managing daily operations (banking, inventory, fuel management, reporting); merchandising and promotions; supervising staff and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety requirements; and maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Requires prior management experience, a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, valid US work authorization, and ability to work varied shifts. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- Prior management/leadership experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work and/or support all shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with transportation to/from bank
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and use a computer
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
