Store Manager

Lead the store in achieving sales targets and comp sales goals through daily operational oversight, including shrink prevention, payroll management, and schedule control. Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team while delivering compelling merchandise using planograms and launching promos on time. Communicate with retail leadership on trends and customer feedback, run sales reports to guide strategy, and manage supply ownership and spending. Ensure all company policies and procedures are communicated effectively while adapting to new technologies.
