Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading the HUGO BOSS BOSS Store at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, driving top-line sales, P&L and inventory control while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, enforcing standard operating procedures, managing recruitment and performance, maximizing profitability, and building community relationships through events and advertising opportunities. Requires strong leadership, relationship selling, staff motivation, problem solving, and the ability to cultivate a client base with excellent service. 4-year degree preferred with 5 years of specialty retail management experience; proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about HUGO BOSS products. Salary range $100,000–$105,000 with monthly bonuses; comprehensive benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
