Job Summary
Store Manager for BOSS Store Beverly Center in Los Angeles leads a premium fashion retail operation. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, delivering exceptional customer service, driving top-line sales, managing P&L and inventory, enforcing SOPs, and maintaining Health & Safety standards. The role involves building client relationships, community involvement, active recruitment, performance management, and ensuring brand standards and merchandising excellence across the store. Requires Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent, 5 years of specialty retail management, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with POS and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5 years of Specialty Retail Management experience
- Strong customer service and selling experience
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, analytical & organizational skills
- Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system and POS register system
- Ability to communicate with associates, guests, and management
- Ability to work varied hours/days to oversee store operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
