Job Summary
The Body Shop Australia is seeking a Store Manager in Bondi Junction to drive the store’s performance and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead and develop the team, shape a customer-focused store experience, manage stock and operations, meet sales and performance targets, stay informed about the beauty market and competitors, and coach staff to reflect the brand and KPIs. This role requires leadership, strategic planning, data-driven decision making, collaboration within a feedback culture, and the ability to work flexible weekend hours.
