Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, leading a paid staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining an attractive, efficient shopping environment. Manage floor inventory, execute sales strategies, and oversee visual merchandising to align with brand goals. Handle point-of-sale operations including cash handling, bank deposits, and expense tracking to ensure financial accountability. Train new hires, conduct monthly team meetings and quarterly one-on-ones, and collaborate with leadership to plan in-store events. Work a minimum of 40-45 hours per week including three Saturdays, earning $45,000-$65,000.
