Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team; recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees; foster a positive, customer-focused culture; drive store revenue and exceed sales goals; monitor KPIs including sales performance and customer satisfaction; identify opportunities to increase acquisition and retention; implement sales strategies to support growth; deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers and the local community; ensure team knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services; manage daily store operations, scheduling, and staffing; maintain inventory accuracy and merchandising standards.
