Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team; recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees; foster a positive, customer-focused, and sales-driven culture; drive store revenue and exceed sales goals; monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention; implement sales strategies; deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers and the local community; ensure team members maintain expert knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services; manage daily store operations, scheduling, staffing, inventory, and merchandising while ensuring policy compliance and data-driven performance improvement.
