Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing bilingual retail sales team at Blufox Mobile; recruit, interview, onboard, and train new staff; drive store revenue and exceed sales goals; monitor KPIs like sales performance and customer satisfaction; ensure exceptional customer service and expert knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products; manage daily store operations, scheduling, and staffing; maintain inventory accuracy and merchandising standards; analyze sales data to improve performance; foster a positive, customer-focused culture and build team relationships within the local community.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous experience as a: Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, Wireless Retail Manager, Telecommunications Manager, Customer Service Manager
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
