Job Summary
Lead a bilingual retail leadership team as Store Manager for Blufox Mobile in Waldorf, MD to drive store revenue, coach and develop staff, recruit and onboard new employees, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while ensuring knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services. Manage daily store operations, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising; monitor KPIs and implement sales strategies to support growth.
