Job Summary
Blufox Mobile seeks a bilingual Store Manager to lead a retail sales team at a Comcast Xfinity partner location. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team; recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees; driving store revenue and achieving performance goals; monitoring KPIs such as sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity; delivering an exceptional customer experience; managing daily store operations, scheduling, inventory accuracy, and merchandising; ensuring compliance with company procedures; and building relationships with customers and the local community. Requires fluent English and Spanish, prior multi-managerial retail experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
