Job Summary
Lead a bilingual retail sales team at Blufox Mobile, driving store revenue, coaching staff, recruiting and training, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. Manage daily store operations, inventory, merchandising, and performance metrics while fostering a positive, customer-focused culture and developing team members. Must maintain expert knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services and be able to recruit, onboard, and develop employees to achieve ambitious sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager or Sales Manager or Wireless Retail Manager or Telecommunications Manager or Customer Service Manager
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
