Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing bilingual retail sales team at Blufox Mobile in Noblesville, IN; recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees; drive store revenue and exceed sales goals; monitor KPIs including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity; identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention; implement sales strategies that support company growth; deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers and the local community; manage daily store operations, scheduling, staffing, and inventory while ensuring compliance with policies and merchandising standards; ensure team members maintain expert knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish

- Sales Manager experience
- Wireless Retail Manager experience
- Telecommunications Manager experience
- Customer Service Manager experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
