Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a bilingual retail sales team at Blufox Mobile in a store environment affiliated with Comcast Xfinity. Drive store revenue and customer satisfaction by managing daily operations, staffing, inventory, and performance metrics; recruit, onboard, and train new employees; build a positive, customer-focused culture; ensure team knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products; and foster community relationships while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
