Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a bilingual retail sales team at Blufox Mobile's Martinsburg location, driving store revenue and delivering best-in-class customer experiences. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees; conducting performance reviews and development planning; managing daily store operations, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising; monitoring KPIs such as sales performance and customer satisfaction; and building relationships with customers and the local community while ensuring team knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager or Sales Manager or Wireless Retail Manager or Telecommunications Manager or Customer Service Manager
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
