Job Summary
Lead and develop a bilingual Retail Store Manager team in Lansing, overseeing sales growth, customer experience, and store operations for Blufox Mobile (a Comcast Xfinity partner). Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews; drive store revenue, monitor KPIs, and manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandising. Ensure team maintains expert knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services; deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers and the local community.
