Job Summary
Lead a bilingual retail leadership team to drive sales, recruit and onboard staff, coach and develop team members, and manage daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer service and a best-in-class customer experience. Responsibilities include mentoring a high-performing sales team, conducting performance reviews, monitoring KPIs, implementing sales strategies, managing inventory and merchandising standards, and building strong relationships with customers and the local community. Must ensure team knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services and demonstrate strong leadership, operational excellence, and scalable store performance.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager or related telecommunications/retail management roles
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
