Job Summary
Blufox Mobile is seeking a bilingual Retail Store Manager to lead our Gainesville location. The role focuses on retail leadership, team development, and driving store revenue while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, hiring, onboarding, and developing a high-performing sales team; managing daily store operations, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising; monitoring KPIs, customer satisfaction, and productivity; implementing sales strategies; and maintaining expert knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services. The ideal candidate offers strong leadership, experience in retail or telecommunications management, and the ability to recruit, train, and coach staff to achieve performance goals. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; preferred experience includes telecommunications or wireless retail environments and multi-unit leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager or Sales Manager or Wireless Retail Manager or Telecommunications Manager or Customer Service Manager
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
