Job Summary
Lead a bilingual retail team in a Columbus, IN location to drive store revenue and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team; managing daily store operations, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to policies; analyzing sales and KPI data; implementing sales strategies; and building relationships with customers and the local community. Requires experience in retail/store management, strong leadership and coaching abilities, and fluency in English and Spanish; willingness to work evenings/weekends/holidays; preferred telecommunications or wireless/technology retail background.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager or Sales/Telecommunications Manager or related leadership role
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
