Job Summary
Retail Store Manager role at Blufox Mobile leading a bilingual (English/Spanish) sales team in a fast-paced telecom retail environment. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing a high-performing team; driving store revenue and achieving performance goals; monitoring KPIs like sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity; delivering exceptional customer experiences; managing store operations, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising; ensuring team knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services; and building community relationships. Ideal candidates have prior store-manager/telecommunications leadership experience, strong leadership and coaching capabilities, excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager or Sales Manager or Wireless Retail Manager or Telecommunications Manager or Customer Service Manager
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
