Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing bilingual retail sales team at Blufox Mobile’s Chesterfield location, driving store revenue and customer experience. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, training, conducting performance reviews, and building a positive, sales-driven culture while ensuring knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products. Focus areas include retail operations, inventory accuracy, scheduling, KPI optimization (sales, customer satisfaction, productivity), and community relationships. Requirements emphasize fluent English and Spanish, prior retail/store management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to drive sales growth, adaptability to flexible schedules, and experience in telecommunications or consumer electronics retail environments.
