Job Summary
Lead a bilingual retail store team for Blufox Mobile (a Comcast Xfinity partner) to achieve sales and customer-service excellence. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training staff; coaching and developing team members; driving store revenue and KPIs; delivering exceptional customer experiences; managing daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising; and ensuring knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products. Requires strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills; ability to work flexible hours; and experience in retail management or telecommunications sales.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, Wireless Retail Manager, Telecommunications Manager, or Customer Service Manager
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
