Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, coaching the team, and driving sales targets and KPIs. Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting with visual merchandising, stock management, store presentation, and wage cost control. Mentor team members to support their growth and maintain a safe, compliant environment. Work a Sunday to Thursday roster with two consecutive days off weekly. Required Qualifications
- Experience in a senior sales assistant, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM)

- Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
- Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations
