Job Summary
Manage daily business operations, including scheduling, staffing, customer satisfaction, and workflow optimization. Ensure all services are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company, safety, and industry standards. Analyze key performance indicators to track shop performance and develop strategies for customer retention and business growth. Oversee inventory levels, business costs, payroll management, and facility security while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Provide legendary customer service through effective interactions, resolving concerns promptly, and promoting financing options. Direct supervisory responsibility for employees, including training, development, evaluation, and discipline to ensure high-quality workmanship and a cohesive team culture. Collaborate with senior management to execute business plans and enforce leadership initiatives. Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting automotive repair and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of eighteen years
- An active and unrestricted driver's license
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of three years of related experience
- A minimum of three years of managerial experience
- Must be legally authorized to work within the United States while employed by Leeds West Groups
- Successful completion of background check
- Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and ability to maintain a clean driving record
