Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for operating the store at maximum sales and profit, including training and supervising the Assistant Manager, maintaining inventory control and shrinkage targets, managing payroll and scheduling within corporate policies, and ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures. The role requires engaging with customers, leading store operations, coordinating with District/Regional leadership, maintaining merchandise displays, and driving overall store performance; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of related experience in store management
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Strong planning, coaching, analytical and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented work style
- AS/AA degree plus 2 years of related experience
