STORE MANAGER

Job Summary
Oversee store operations at Hanover, PA to maximize sales and profit, lead and train the Assistant Manager and store personnel, manage scheduling and payroll within approved budgets, and ensure adherence to company policies. Maintain inventory control including shrinkage targets, enforce safety and policy compliance, coordinate with District Manager and Regional leadership, and drive customer service, merchandising, and staff development across the store. Responsibilities include hiring/training, setting weekly schedules, monitoring cash handling, reporting to District Manager, and sustaining store standards in cleanliness, displays, and inventory accuracy. Key skills include leadership, coaching, communication, planning, budgeting, vendor relations, and knowledge of retail operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of related experience in store management
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Strong planning, coaching, analytical and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented work style
- Education Equivalency: AS/AA degree plus 2 years of related experience
