Job Summary

Store Manager is responsible for operating the store to maximize sales and profit following company policies. Essential duties include hiring and training the Assistant Manager and store personnel, maintaining an outgoing rapport with customers, managing weekly schedules and payroll budgets, controlling inventory shrinkage to within defined limits, enforcing safety policies, coordinating with District/Regional management, and ensuring effective merchandising, cash handling, and reporting. The role requires 3+ years of related store-management experience, strong English communication, leadership and coaching abilities, and an associate degree (or equivalent experience) as part of qualifications.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of related experience in store management
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • Strong planning, coaching, analytical and communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented work style
  • AS/AA degree plus 2 years of related experience
