Job Summary
Collect, enter, and analyze adoptions for order placement while maintaining regular communication with campus stakeholders. Manage inventory operations including receiving, tagging, set-up, and returning unsold stock to vendors. Develop relationships with faculty to obtain course material information and schedule appointments with administrative personnel to promote Day 1 access. Meet sales goals by training, motivating, and providing feedback to sales staff. Ensure company compliance with policies, maintain visual merchandising standards, and conduct personnel performance appraisals. Address customer service issues and partner with the Regional Manager to resolve them. Lead a customer-focused team at Henderson Community College, reporting to the Regional Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success as a retail manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to lead a results oriented team that is an integral part of the campus community
- Detail oriented with organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years of college or its equivalent
- Background in Campus store management
