Job Summary
Manage store operations by selecting and coaching teammates, overseeing merchandising, advertising, and promotions, and driving sales. Handle payroll, budgets, and store goals while maintaining accurate financial records and inventory. Schedule staff based on skill levels, follow up with customers for feedback, and resolve complaints. Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors, and attend paid training to stay current on automotive service developments. Requires a high school diploma, retail sales management experience, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role with health benefits starting day one, paid vacation, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated success in retail sales management
- Problem solving as it relates to customer complaints
- Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and ongoing merchandising displays
- Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty
- Teammate and customer communication skills
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles
- Must have completed all current and required Firestone Complete Auto Care education courses & modules required for this position
- High school degree or equivalent is required
