Job Summary
Store Manager at ETRO leading the Beverly Hills store to achieve sales and KPI targets while delivering an extraordinary client experience. Responsible for driving profitability, sales leadership through floor presence and client engagement, analyzing store performance and implementing action plans, managing HR and performance reviews, overseeing visual merchandising, stock and loss prevention, and developing client strategies and events. Builds relationships with internal and external clients, leads a team, recruits and coaches staff, and partners with leadership to execute brand initiatives and CRM programs.
Required Qualifications
- Education and Experience
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years’ experience in the luxury sector and knowledge of industry-specific dynamics
- Specific Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
- A strong communicator with proven ability to interact regularly with internal and external individuals
- Proven ability to drive results
- Excellent organizational, managerial and entrepreneurial skills
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
